01 Agreement To Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Team Takeoff LLC website, including any purchases made through team-takeoff.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with Team Takeoff LLC ("Team Takeoff," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

02 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement, or that you are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

03 Products, Pricing & Availability

We make every effort to display our apparel, merchandise, and services accurately, including descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are error-free. Prices are subject to change without notice, and all products are subject to availability.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or error in pricing information, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product.

04 Orders & Payment

By placing an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products, subject to these Terms. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or errors in product or pricing information.

05 Shipping

Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Team Takeoff is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for products purchased on the Site pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

06 Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns under the following policy:

Return window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Return label: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

How to start a return: Please email us to begin the return process. Include your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll get back to you with next steps.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with tags attached where applicable. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Custom fabrication is final sale. Custom-made fabrication parts, including but not limited to custom cages, exhausts, and any other fabricated item built to your specifications, are not eligible for return or refund. Because these items are built to order for your specific vehicle or application, they cannot be resold. This policy does not affect any warranty coverage on defective workmanship.

07 Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to the Team Takeoff name, logo, graphics, product designs, photography, and written content, is the property of Team Takeoff LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

08 User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems
Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the Site
Use automated means to access or scrape content from the Site without our permission

09 Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Team Takeoff LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of any products. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

10 Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
